Listed below, you will find the City of Plato current water rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. 

Should you experience a problem with your water, please call the phone numbers provided. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water service.

WATER CONNECTION FEE      $16.00 per month flat fee

*BULK WATER                           $  6.00 per 1000 G./$7.00 MONTHLY FLAT FEE
MN LAB TEST                          $15.22 annual ($1.27 per month)
SEWER CONNECTION FEE     $28.00 per UNIT
SEWER                                       $13.70 per 1000 G
OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR      $21.00 per month flat fee
LATE FEE                                   $25.00
TURN-ON                                   $25.00

* Summer Bulk Water Program: If you feel you use a large amount of water outside during the summer months, please contact the City Office or the Public Works Office to receive specific information on the program. 

** If you will have a one-time large consumption (filling a swimming pool), please contact Scott in Public Works BEFORE filling. He will supply a meter so a sewer credit can be given.
